Send Your Belongings to the Festival with Post

This year too, you'll have the opportunity to send your belongings to the festival for free with Post!
Bags can be sent from anywhere in Latvia starting July 20 until July 29 at 23:59.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

1. Starting July 20, register your shipment by filling out the registration form on the Summer Sound website;
2. After filling out the form, you will receive ONE shipping label, which you can print at the parcel machine and attach to your shipment. The label will also be available on the Summer Sound website after registration and will be sent to your email;
3. Pack the items you are sending to the festival securely, following Post's packaging guidelines;
4. Go to your nearest parcel machine;
5. Choose to send a shipment, scan the barcode on the printed label, and place your bag in the locker that opens.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The maximum size for one bag is 38 x 38 x 58 cm, and the weight must not exceed 30 kg.
• One label is valid for one bag only.
• All packages/bags without a label will be placed on Post's unidentified packages shelf and will wait until the OWNER contacts Post. So don't forget - generate a separate label for each bag and attach it securely to your shipment!

At the festival, belongings can be picked up and sent back to your home address at the Post Point near the VIP parking lot.

Pickup: Friday, July 31, from 15:00 to 19:00.

Return shipment: Sunday, August 2, from 10:00 to 14:00.
